So, you need average heart rate as a feature and, being a Garmin fan, let’s kick things off with a relatively well priced (a tad over £100) offering from them:
Now, Polar aren’t that bad a brand either you know and I’ve suffered just as much whilst watching my heart rate rocket sky high on their watches too. What’s more they’re less than half the price so your well earned pennies can go towards my coaching instead hint hint!:
